Weird shoulder twitch

Didn't really want to make a thread on some medical forum so I decided to ask the ns community! I have a weird twitch in my shoulder muscle just above the tricep on my left arm. It comes and goes at random it usually lasts 2-10 mins and then leaves for a while, I can feel it and even see it... Anybody have this too, know what to do or know what it is ???

I'm pretty sure it just a muscle spasm. They're pretty common. I get them all the time in my legs

I get those to except in random muscles, not a specific one. I've heard that it sometimes happens when you have low potassium levels. In which case, eat more bananas.
