Absolutely. Grew up on an avo (and kiwifruit) orchard. They're so insanely good for you, basically a full meal in itself. Avocado on toast is my go-to breakfast

second, did you know that there are over 900 different types of avocado!? and the most common one and found over 90% of the time is haas avocados and they are the ones mostly grown in California.

Anyone who actually eats the green paste subway tries to pass off as avocado is a sad sad human being.
