eheath12-15mbps. really anything past that is worthless because vimeo/youtube/any other video player is going to compress your video to like 2-3mbps to make it streamable.

RockNRollNghtClblike this vid it was exported at 25 & at like 2:45 the aspens look like weird and the following shot of the rodeo the shirt looks like clayish and weird. idk maybe thats inevitable
eheathSorry for the triple post, but movement with your camera will cause issues like this. I had some problems like that with my fs100 too. Sometimes if you're moving too fast, the camera has a hard time catching up with all the detail, etc and it can cause banding or blocking etc. Get what im saying?
