Sony Vegas help with my season edit

I am creating my edit in Vegas pro 12 however my harddrive is too slow to watch the playback so it's difficult for me to see how I am changing and editing things. All I need left is to sync up the shots a bit with the beat and fading of the two songs. If someone that knows Sony Vegas could please finish it that would be great, I'll send you the .veg file over email or google drive.

I would but my pc is having frame rate lag when i playback gopro footage. Do uou also get that shit?
