Best software for editing music videos?

I'd like to stay under $100 here. I'm not looking for a ton of flashy effects, just something that I can sync up 3 or 4 camera angles to an mp3 track and pick and choose which angles I wanted when and without much effort. I'd like to keep things pretty simple.
Can I do this in Adobe Premier Elements?

In that price range I'd say it's probably your best bet

If you are on mac I would recomend final cut pro. Far more simple layout than premiere although maybe more expensive than elements. You can get a free trial from the apple website for 30 days, well worth the price if you ask me

Thanks guys. I went with Premiere Elements. Final Cut was way out of the price range I wanted to pay for a computer program. I'm happy with Elements so far and tried putting a video together last night.
