shin-bangSo I wanna learn to 2 on, but I have no experience 2ing onto a wide box or anything. So I plan on trying at least a couple times this weekend onto my pvc rail. Should I try to learn them with the risk of getting hurt, or play it safe Cus I have state baseball tournament coming up and need to be healthy for that? Any tips would help too.

I_Bohrmannits a pvc rail the worst that can happen is like a small bruise just dont be a pussy and do it
kryptonicIt's not like you'll break anything, although a tip that might help is that if you watch ur skis come around over the rail then when you land sweep your head up and look at the end of the rail, learned that from jake mullers vid. But I'd go for I mean which would you be more stoke on? Learning 2s on (you had the balls to try it and persevered through the falls and hopefully came out successful) or you get a good hit in baseball and run around touching white squares (pretty lame if you ask me).
theabortionatorDo it man! Pvc doesn't hurt too bad too fall on. Maybe remove the rail and just throw a few 270s to the grass to feel the rotation. Think about the feel of sliding the rail when you land. If you feel comfortable, at that point, put the rail back in and send it. Throw the 2 just like you had been doing. Honestly you should be fine, maybe fall off one side or the other but I think you'll be alright.
If you have friends that shred invite them over. Play some tunes, get in the zone with some easier tricks. If your friends can 2 on, watch them throw a couple, get some tips. Make sure the pvc isn't dry so ya slide nice, throw a little water on there.
Just send it, stomp it, and go pro. Seriously, do it though
shin-bangdude i actually pulled the rail first thing without even seeing your comment. i was sooo close but had some pretty good falls too. vid is encoding rn and will post when its done encoding.
shin-bangOp pulls through. So I had to try it, and then I had to spice things up with the sketchy down rail on a bucket lol. Tell me what ya think and I would say I'm close? Any tips? More practice?

cddlswthsqrrlsAfter reading this thread, I really want to try to 2 on... As soon as I get home after this semester Im gonna fix up my set up and I'm gonna try it. /claim?
Chupa_ChupsLook over your shoulder.
cddlswthsqrrlsSo I naturally spin left, and I slide right foot forward. Which means I'll end up sliding unnatural if I do a left 2. Should I try spinning right? I've done left 270s onto boxes before but idk how I'd do sliding unnatural on a sketchy pvc rail.
