freddy.allportSome friends and i did this this winter. Actually works really well the way we did it was that a team maintained a set then some one else on the team had to set each time. We played a few ways, the one that worked the best for a not too long fun game was that the team nominated someone to match the set trick, if he didn't get it the team could still avoid a letter by having 2 other members both land it. For revenge we just made it that only one person on the team had a chance to revenge and land it.
True this was sick, it was a to not always have the best skiers trying the tricks.
Team A vs Team B
- Team A calls a trick they will set, every member of this team tries it but only 1 of them needs to land it to have it set.
- Every member of team B tries the trick that was set by team A, only one of them has to land it (to avoid getting a letter).
- Letters are acquired when not one member of a team lands the trick that was set by the opposing team.
- If every member of a team is unable to land a trick they called (a trick they tried to set), then the other team gets the set (just like in regular skate).

All in all it gets everyone involved and much more variety in tricks and style of skiers facing eachother!
