so ive been trying to learn flat 3s on the tramp and I really don't know how to learn them I've been trying the progression step where I do it to my back then roll over but it doesn't seem to be helping and I feel im just not throwing it correctly. I'm a lot of people have different ways of doing it but I don't want mine to turn out like wackflips I want them to look like the one thrown in this vid at around 0:25. does anhome have tips?
