Can I use a pow ski in the park too?

strength will be a big factor. if you strong than no problem, park skis feel like toothpicks after skiing my rocker 2 122's.

I have used my yles in the park and they are fine for jumps but on rails they just make everything harder. I don't think they are as much fun as other more rockered buttery pow skis in the park like hell bents but they are still usable.

I use fat skis in the park from time to time and I love them for hitting jumps and throwing floaty shit but like said above they are frustrating on rails

This. Had YLES and took them everywhere- besides rails. I personally think that a waist around 110 is the max waist width if you do rails a lot. That said, everywhere else in the park I like the yle

You can technically use any ski in the park. Pow skis work OK in the park, and they look sick.

It comes down to your style in the park. Some professional rippers prefer the bigger based ski because of how it slows everything down and looks awesome (Pep, Andy Mahre, Pollard, etc.). A downside to using a fatty stick in the park is that if you're hitting a big jump (60ft.+), you'll notice a considerable drag on the skis caused just by the wind. It make make certain tricks very sketch to toss. As already mentioned, a bigger ski will be harder to toss spins on jumps and maneuver on rails but if simpler tricks are your game, you'll have less reason to object to using pow skis in the park. Mind you this is referring to skis with a waist width of 105mm+ minimum. Anything in the 90-100mm range, I would consider more of a true all mountain type ski and you'll have much less issues to worry about.

When I had Hellbents, I always tried bringing them into the park a few days out of the year. Its a completely different feel and its so much fun. You'll have a blast straight sliding and pressing on boxes and just doing simple floaty stuff off jumps. It also makes tranny finding much easier as they can plow over anything.

lol go look at the surface outsider skis they are huge and made for park, have a guy at my home mountain that skis hellbents in the park. probably pretty heavy and weird but you might be able to pull it off

Absolutely not. Once I took pow skis into the park and they spontaneously combusted when I tried to hit a rail

Technically you can ride anything in the park, park skis will be easier and more durable, pow skis typically have a thinner edge and just are not built the same as park skis I am not sure about the YLE but my Chetlers have a thin edge that do not like rails. My advice is stay away from the park but if you do just dont be too difficult with em.
