Hey guys, Still pretty new to NS and skiing in general But I need some advice on the best place to get some new boots as well as fit obviously. Any Suggestions? Hoping to get some feedback before I make the drive anywhere Since I'm in the Fargo/Moorhead area. Thanks guys. Sorry in advance if there was a thread about this already Wasn't sure if you could search the region specific forums.

Theres this place in Dubuque, IA called Free Flight that is actually pretty decent at boot fitting. When you go you have to ask for a guy named Glen to do it coz pretty much everybody else that works there are incompetent stoners. Another tip; don't look the owner straight in the eye. He'll take it as a challenge and bull rush you.

The Fargo area is pretty tough. The cities or Ski Hut in Duluth might be your best options for boots. Not a lot going on in Central Minnesota. Matts Customs Sports in Alexandria Ive heard gets Full Tilts in every once in awhile. Very hit or miss but its worth a call.
