Any tips on landing corks with bigger spins? I can cork 7 and sometimes inch it around to 9, but i can never get a clean spin even with a lot of air. Whenever I finish the invert, Im at 7, so I almost go double trying to get the 9 around.
Cork 7 is like 270 to side flip to 90, for a lot of people it's just a flip, not much of a spin or cork. Cork 9 is where you have to fight the flip, sometimes laying it out and pretending to grab tail gets more spin into it, you have to avoid tucking. Cork 10 is just a cork 7 with an extra 360 before you bring the flip around, I think 360 to cork 7, you have to future spin the shit out of the first 720.
learned these on the diving board the other day and basically you throw it more like a spin to get it 9 and 10. With the 7 you throw it over your shoulder quite a bit but for 9 and 10 try the go for more spin.
go cork 7 and after your first 3 straighten out and it will take you to 10. At first they look really boned out but once you get the hang of it they start looking better.
