Found a construction site with huge pvc pipes but are way too long. They said they would give me the extras but are too long to fit in my car. I was wondering if anyone knows a way to cut them. I'm talking about 1 foot diameter pvc pipes
Get a I don't know why I can't think of the word right now but its the saw that has the blade go in and out, I apologize for this but I'm having a brain fart.

you mean a jigsaw?
Yes, use a jigsaw or a handy circular saw to cut your tube into pieces!

Sawzall! They're like $120 new but if you can't find one to borrow I think you can rent them from home depot.
the longer the better. Yea, u can chop them and put them together, but it's not the same. Honestly if I were you, i'd find a friend or somebody with a truck to get it back in 1 piece.
xX*TACO-DOG*Xxdon't cut it and strap it to the roof of your car. put an orange flag at the back end and nobody will hassle you.

If you don't have access to power tools or don't feel like going out to buy some, I'd just use a hand saw. It's kind of a bitch but I did that last summer and it works just fine.
I wouldn't cut it. 25' will make a nice poop tube. Just don't be a fucktard, be aware of where your pipe is tracking in traffic so you don't smack something with it. Then again you were clueless on how to cut a plastic pipe, so I guess that's out of the question.

OzzyJHow did you convince them to give you the extras?
It was sitting in a pile of other various metal and concrete pipes and I said if I could take the pvc of there hands. It would be hassle free and I could do it right now. They were fine with it because they didnt have to deal with it.

I thought that they weren't allow to give away materials, that's pretty cool.
Chop saw or 12" mitre saw is your best bet. Circular saw if held straight while rolling the tube to make the cut will ruin the cut. Don't use sawzall or jigsaw, That's just a bad call.
gavinrudyMost regular sized cars are like, 20 feet long, so it shouldn't be too tricky to get it on a friend's truck or SUV and strap it down really nicely.
You sound like you don't deserve this rail. Quit being a bitch.
