Ok so before you go blabbering on about that a T3 can't support an external mic...stop. I have a question and that is if i were to use a converter from an HDMI to an headphones mount, like the picture below. Or the canon t3 looks like it has a 2.5 mm headphone outlet. If i used a converter like the picture below, then I would be able to plug in a mic. The question I have would any of these work? Or because their are no MIC actual settings would it not work?
