MAX Pass = Rip Off

I honestly don't like the idea of. One would have to travel so much just to get the value out of it and end up spending more money on traveling. All of the western mountains are really far apart, except for the three in CO which only 15 days. Which comes out to 47$ a day when you can buy an epic pass for the same, or epic local pass for less and get two ski 5 mtns unlimited amount of days.

I could maybe see the value if you lived in NE, but it is so much driving around it just seems impractical.

I just looked at the mountains it includes and to be honest they're just not what most people on NS would be interested in. First of all, the east coast mountains dont include mt snow and sugarbush which have the two best parks on the east coast. Killington is a nice substitute but it's not the same. Loon is on there and thats dope but Loon is basically the east coast equivalent to Bear and if youre a snowboarder thats dope but if not good luck. And as far as the west is concerned, i wouldnt be real interested in any of those either. but then i remember they dont give a fuck about what a 17 year old bum skier things so i guess this is cool

Just got an e-mail from Mt. Bachelor and they are offering this only as a $249 add on to the full season pass that they are currently selling for the pre-season price of $889. Ouch. Last year I got my Timberline/Skibowl fusion pass with the Powder alliance for under $500.

At that point you're probably just better off buying a fusion pass and a meadows pass.
