T-SinCan a horse win a triple crown by winning the Preakness, and the Belmont stakes in one year, ands then winning the Belmont stakes in the nest year? or does it have to be all in one year? Just curious!
North.Westit has to be in one year
iFlipThe Triple Crown (Kentucky Derby, Preakness, and Belmont) must all be one in one year, consecutively, to count. It's like a calendar-year slam in tennis. The Kentucky Derby is on my list of must-attend events. One of these years...if only tickets, hotels, and travel weren't so expensive. It would be many thousands of dollars for the weekend. Maybe next year.
