A Public Cliff Jumping Map

Since seasons around a lot of North America are coming to an end. I know a lot of people stay in shape and practice for skiing by doing trampoline and cliff jumping. Feel free to edit it and add spots you have been to, public spots that are not well known, or secret spots that you wouldn't mind seeing another newschooler at. I know some people have spots that they do not want other people to know about so if that is you than just don't post it on here. The goal of this map is not to make insanely crowded places that aren't fun to go to anymore. What good is this without descriptions/pictures? I would definitely want to know if there was an 8 ft cliff or a 70 ft cliff.

Good point. I'll definitely get to editing my spots and try to find ways to get pictures in and I'll try to make sure everyone else sees this.

I added 2 spots in RI. Neither is a secret so i figured it was fine, but if any of you hardos have an issue feel free to delete them

I don't think this will work too well for the sole purpose that every spot I know takes a solid 15 minutes of walking or swimming to get to, posting it on a map won't do them much good.

If your spots have blatant hazards that wouldn't always be visible it's probably good to either not include them or write a brief explanation that could save people from wrecking themselves

Added a spot in Lions Bay on the way to whistler. good spot to go chill before going to squam or pemby music fests or biking up at whistler.

Southern California had absolutely nothing so I'm slowly updating the San Diego area.

I know a lot of people go to Lake Powell, I may try to add all of the spots I've done there, but as accurately as possible.

Added one that I frequented in highschool. Used to know of a ton of good ones in the adks but not sure on specific locations on some of them any more.

Added one in Alabama and one in Greece, the two best I've ever been to. Also, I know of two great water falls on the Big Island but I couldn't find them on the map

That cliff is gnarly. Me and my friends went out there last summer and the water was like brown and we couldnt see/know if there was hazards so we didnt jump. We also arent experienced so

Sweet Map! Throw some kind of disclaimer though so you don't get tracked down and sued after some idiot gets hurt claiming that the map showed a safe cliff jumping spot.

In a perfect world you wouldn't need it because cliff jumping is inherently dangerous, but you still see people going after resorts for getting hurt in the park.

Yeah I have a disclaimer in the description but it is really hard to see unless you are looking for it. Will try to find a way to make it more obvious.

This is rad! Seems like most legit cliffs require a fair amount of local knowledge to find, but this a solid starting point. I added a couple of my favorites.

Hmm. Whatever if anyone decides to go there i highly recommend not jumping off of the left side because there's usually a pretty strong current on that side. The right side is a ton of fun though if the water isn't cold as balls.

Almost every year there is a few weeks where the water is super warm. Last year it wasn't because the ice melted so late though.

lol sits at about 40 fahrenheit on average, shits cold as hell. Lower average temperature than the ocean
