NS Icon - Wont change

Everytime i try and upload an icon it says it has uploaded but it never displays???

Anything I may be doing wrong?

It must be 50x50 pixels, and it also must be under 8K (I think)

1. Find the picture that you want to use as your icon

2. Go to this website and change the image size to 50x50 - http://avatarmaker.net/

3. Upload the image to your account where it says change icon

4. Keep uploading the new icon a few times until it stays permanently
