How do I go about doing this? I know I need to practice a lot, and I have built a summer setup to assist me.

Well there you go. You answered your own question. Only other tip would be to practice and get good at sliding both ways.

I have 0 comprehension on left foot forward sliding.

That's how I was when I first tried it. Just don't lean back. It might be easier to start from a front swap. It's easier to learn in the winter than on a summer setup because the fall is softer.

if you want to practice sliding unnatural you could just build a box thats lower to the ground out of pvc so the consequences aren't as bad, or you could just practice it on your rail and hope for the best. but id say try and learn 270s front and back both natural and unatural and then learn front and backswap and then try and practice kfeds, brittanys, ellens, and ray charles. Thats what im going to do and ill prob try and learn some surface swaps on rails as well.
