Line Blend vs K2 Shreditor 102 (2014/15)

Been offered a good price on both but can't decide between these two. Looking for a 50% park 50% all mountain jib ski. 50/50 jumps and rails/boxes, but spending more time outside the park as my uh... knees accumulate more damage...

Volkl Walls have been my main ski, but I now I'm needing something more versatile.

Really enjoyed some K2 Recoils from a couple years ago (12/13 I think) but wanted a little extra width for versatility in a little pow - but I didn't like the weight or dampness of the Kung Fujas back then. Demo'd the Shreditor 102 recently and they felt a lot lighter and more playful than the Fujas were. Really like this ski.

No experience with the Blends so far but heard only good things, except for durability. I'd love to try these out first to compare but I'm in Australia and not gonna see snow again till the season starts here (June/July).

Any opinions/recommendations?

SHREDDITORS. they are gonna have similar durability tho cause they are both gonna have those frail k2/line edges. Overall, i think the shredditor is a better constructed ski tho between the stiffness to rocker ratio

ive got the blend, had no real issues, just wouldnt bother again. its a pretty average park ski and all mountain ski. id go with the shreditor or a on3p kartel.

shredditor is awesome on groomers for not having metal in it. its prob my favorite ski without metal on groomers

Thanks for the advice everyone!

But decision made - gonna pull the trigger on the Shreditors tomorrow. Only question left is... where to mount...

Based on the review in http://blistergearreview.com/gear-reviews/2014-2015-k2-shreditor-102 I'm thinking -3 from true center (equivalent to +3.5 from traditional).

Frank - where'd you mount yours and what do you think of it?

I always mount my skis based off of the factory recommended mounting point. The ski is made to ski most effectively based off of that. Ive been skiing park for a long time and skiing is most fun when you take advantage of all of the sidecut.

So haven't ordered yet - got a friend who's gonna gett a new snowboard shipped with my skis so waiting for him to decide what he wants.

In the meantime I started looking into the Armada Al Dentes as well and they sound like great all mountain and park jib skis as well. Trying to convince myself not to change my mind.

I've tried the ARVtis (essentially the Al Dente with a sheet of titanal?) on on-piste, trees and 12' fresh snow and they handled everything pretty well. Are the Al Dentes just a softer, more playful version of them? Do they still handle all mountain alright? Are they more noodley than the Shreditors?
