I'm definitely into this. I hate metal watches because they freeze up and are heavy. Wood is light and not freezing cold to the touch - or cheap looking like plastic.

You should one that's straight up black wood. I'd buy it right now.

Logo's are too big, at best a quartz Miyota. The wooden novelty is cute.

Also practical if you live where it's frozen as I said, which you don't ;)

As much as I like my nice watch, and wearing it when I'm getting formal, it's a bit of a lumbering piece of annoyance way too much of the time. These are practical for those who are sick of weighty cold steel all the time.

don't you live in sacramento or something? to call that frozen is a big stretch too :)

I mean, Sacramento is right next to Tahoe - where it apparently doesn't freeze anymore, but AT LEAST I HAVE MOUNTAINS.
