Best restaurant, hangout spot, what are the people like, cool views, why do you like/dislike it?
I live in the boonies, just east of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The town is pretty chill, a lot of trails and recreational areas, Sometimes you can even catch a glimpse of a wild "Krotch" stroking his beard.

Little town of Black River Falls, Wisconsin. The main subject of Wisconsin Death Trip movie and all the best. 3000 people. Complete hole of a town. Cannot wait to graduate.
Media Pennsylvania, a small town right outside of Philly with not a lot of people or things to do. Located in Delaware County which is mostly white trash but we all love it here Urban Dictionary describes it well http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Delco. The best thing that came out of this town was Wawa. If you live on the East coast and have Wawas near you then you can thank Media we did that.
My hometown goes by the name of Dearborn, MI. Not too much going on here as any ski hill is about an hrs distance. Home to Ford Motor Company HQ, Henry Ford's Estate, And Greenfield Village. Dearborn is also known as little Lebanon as we have the highest population of Arab-Americans in the U.S. so we have some sick middle eastern cuisine. A city of very diverse population.
DobberDuluth seems great. I've been through their several times. Seems like the perfect place to live if I want to stay close to home and actually have stuff to do.
Yeah man, and the outdoors community is awesome. So many people that are down to have crazy adventures and do stuff outside. Never get bored here

Dillsburg, PA
Semifamous for dropping this on New Years, its a pickle not a dildo.
Not a bad place to live, the town itself isn't that awesome, but you can take day trips to DC, Baltimore, Philly, Pittsburgh, New York City, or Hershey Park. Small ski area about 10 minutes away. Overall not a terrible place to grow up.
Oak Creek, WI. Suburb of Milwaukee. 5 minutes south it's straight farmland, 10 minutes north it gets pretty urban, so it's fun to explore both. The Mexican ghetto part of Milwaukee has some great taco trucks. Then I also have Lake Michigan by me which is essentially an ocean (at least in my mind, people tend to disagree but I love it). So not too bad I guess. I wish there were more kids in my hometown who skied or were down to do more outdoors shit, but my high school also wasn't preppy which I definitely cant complain about. We just smoke a lot and cruise around haha.

OP is a pretty quiet town. You're typical suburb I guess you could say.
Chestnut Ridge Park is probably my favorite part about op. They've got a really fun frolf course and a sledding hill with toboggan chutes that make for some fun pre season skiing. The eternal flame is really cool and it's a fun area to climb. Overall Chestnut Ridge is a super fun place to hike, bike, longboard, or whatever! At the top of the hill you can see the city of buffalo, which isn't so spectacular but kinda cool. OP is also home to Ralph Wilson Stadium(Bills). Alex Schlopy's dad also went to my high school so I mean, thats almost cool.
This is in a segment of less so I just thought I would add it in.
Downtown actually blows giant dong and there's nothing to do. There's quite a few bars if that's what you're into but they aren't all that great. Although, the anchor bar & grill has delicious burgers that will give you a heart attack but well worth it.
I suggest you just go to duluth instead because you find views similar to this.

Superior vs Duluth is probably one of the shittiest differences in nearby towns I've ever seen. Why anyone would attend UW superior and not Duluth, I would never know

Uw superior really isn't all that bad. Also it's because they couldn't get into umd. plus it's cheaper so there's that.

O damn I always thought they were in the same academic range. WI and MN still have reciprocity for a few more years I think so idk about that price difference. But yeah that was just my impression from diving through there and Duluth, I don't know anyone at either so I can't really say the quality haha

Yeah. Superior is actually great and there's a ton of stuff to do if you're over 21. that's usually how it is everywhere though.
There's a lot more to do as far as hiking/boating/camping once you get outside of superior though. Tge brule river is the kutties titties if you want to go fishing or kayaking/conoeing.
In northern Illinois there's not a whole lot to do. We hang out downtown on the fox river. I love fishing the dam for some fat catfish. Anywhere on the river in a great hangout spot. There are also a few forest preserves nearby that have some fun mountain bike trails that you're "not allowed" to ride on, but they are all you can get in IL. It's a pretty cool town and a great place to grow up.
P.s I'm moving up to Stevens Point, WI next fall for school!

Do you ski roundtop? That place is the definition of hill.
