Im a senior in hs and visited castleton in the fall and saw their hike park (and the rest of the college) and noticed its like 30 mins from killington, yet I never see anything on NS from there. Im considering going there next year and wanted to know some of the people that shred there, if they exist. Reveal yourselves!

If you want that kind of scene in vermont then you have to go to school in Burlington. And castleton is pretty dated honestly.

I used to live in Rutland, yeah Castleton does have a pretty sweet rail setup. But to be honest the college for academics is really not challenging, i mean if thats what you want then go ahead. And as mentioned above, a lot of things are outdated, like dorms and class rooms, they do have nice athletics though. Make a pros and cons list. Is Sacrificing a better college life worth, traveling to go to killington? If it were me I'd go up to Burlington area as well.
