Camera setup under $1500

Hey guys,
I'm looking for a decent camera under $1000 that would be good for a semi-starter skiing filmer/photographer (I took a course in school but idk if it did me any good). I don't know much about what I'm talking about but I'll try my best.
What I'm looking for is a camera that comes with a lens that can shoot 1080p in 60fps, at least 5fps continuous shooting, and a pretty fast AF system (for video mode).
So far I've looked at these cameras
- Sony a6000: 11fps continuous, 1080p/60fps, insanely fast AF, nice and small. Also cheaper so I have more money for glass.

-Canon Rebel T5i: I've heard it's great for starters. Touch screen, 5fps continuous, i think 1080p/60fps???, and quiet AF with certain lenses during video

- Nikon D5200: I've just heard some good stuff about it.

Anyways, I don't know tons about cameras and I'm open to suggestions.

Don't buy a T5i and if you're wanting 1080@60fps you won't get a canon for under $1000

I would look into a used Sony a7. Video and still quality is way better than any other brand for the price imo.

The sony a6000 is an awesome camera but I have heard it overheats and shuts down after 10-15 minutes of video. Canon and nikon have great inexpensive options for photo, but in my experience their video abilities are not as great

also the 28-70 "kit" lens that goes with the a7 is very sharp and one of the best zoom lenses for its price. it can be found pretty cheap used.

1500 for a setup, 1000 for a camera... ^

Rebels and d5k00s don't shoot 1080 @ 60fps..... for a semi starter 720/60 is just fine.

If you are looking for a "real" DSLR I reccomend the Nikon D7100, I have it and I LOVE it. I have several internships and I can shoot stuff just as well with it as the pro's a7's and shit. = 700 for a body

For d7100^
Sigma or Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 = $300
Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 = $300
Cheapish Tele (Nikon 70-300mm f/3.5-5.6 is sharp and AF kicks ass compared to 55-200 or 300) =$300
Cheap flash = 50
Tripod = 100

Kickass setup for 1750

If you are ok with mirrorless then yeah go for the a6000 but imo the external controls and durability, plus the technical capability are way more worth it in the d7100 than the weight and compactness. I know nothing about Sony lenses so you're on your own with that..

auto focus for video is terrible, dont even factor that into your decision.

in theory it seems like an awesome idea, but in reality the auto focus systems for video in dslrs "hunt" for focus, going past then coming back,it makes the footage pretty much unusable.

wrong, D5300 shoots 1080@60fps, and it's cheaper than the d7100/slightly more light sensitive. (alternatively the new d7200 shoots at 60fps too and is apparently awesome)

you can also get a MUCH better camcorder and a shit ton more filming tools for the same price you'd spend on a DSLR body and MAYBE one nice piece of glass.
