So, there I was just cruising on FB when BAM! This pops up in my news feed.

(TL;DR for last link: Basically they were starting up the hadron collider and they are looking for extra dimensions.)

It's a smoke ring. Just like how you can blow O's with smoke, it can happen with cars, tractors, airplanes, basically anything that has emissions. Probably from a tractor. It's not uncommon, I see them all of the time.

Exactly this. This pic was from reddit about 10 days ago. A local transformer blew up. There are youtube vids of the exact thing happening.
