Replying to Small Resorts and suing

Sadly this year our resort built one non rail feature and this was a 12 foot tabletop...that compared to a line consisting of a 20,30, 40, and 60 footer. After talking to some of the park crew the reason behind this was the many Jerry's and gapers sending it a wrecking themselves...and the suing. Which is shit and it ruins it for the rest of us. I've heard talk about having special park passes like places out west and I would be 100% for it if it meant the bigger features were back. Opinions/stories?
