House is 2 blocks down from the football stadium, 345 a month plus utilities (landlord pays for trash and water). Total skier house with a super laid back landlord.

Lease is up in August, but our landlord is totally cool with subletting so I need somebody to move in around the beginning of May. From there you can sign the lease again in August if you would like. We could have a few rooms open possibly so tell your friends.
