Other than the part of not being able to ski the worst park of injuries is losing your seasons progression. This is my second year skiing and last year I had a confidence issue. This year I started off the season really good. I could do boxes and rails with ease. Then doing something easy I get injured. When I came back from the injury I was back in the same situation as last season. I had a confidence problem. Does anyone else have a problem coming off a injury?
The worst part of injuries is the painkillers. Psyche ... that's definitely the best part.
I don't have a confidence issue, I usually come back as mentally strong as ever. I think it helps to be confident and brush off the injuries as a "freak accident." That way you won't be afraid to hit a feature with confidence and commitment.
If you get injured again, so be it. Freestyle skiing is a dangerous sport it comes with the territory.
Sometimes u just have to grow a pair. U also have know that u need to be better than the rail and u will get over the confidence issues
That's how I recoverre from my injury last year
