Is their a way too avoid the bridges of your feet from hurting after skiing? or is that just a sacrifice you have to make when you ski.
The boots I ride are not very good so is that maybe part of the problem?

No.QuarterLol more like 2-300 for fully custom from a competent fitter. The cheaper ones really aren't that much of an upgrade from stock for most feet
