There are starting to be a ton of skiers out there that can throw and huck all sorts of tricks. Many of them think because they can huck a 1080 off a 20 foot table top they are the best. I believe that the same thing that has happened to snowboarding will happen to skiing. Pretty soon almost everybody will be able to throw all the tricks, but it will only be the people who can throw them with extremely good style that will make it. Snowboarding has become all about the steez and that is the same direction skiing is headed. At first it was just doing the tricks, now they must be done with new and improved style. There is a small team of skiers and snowboarders called Dark Riders from Utah and Washington who are dedicated to keep the style level up and the huck level down. I have learned from these guys that style is the most important part of skiing.
