I plan on doing some other contests if I'm voted in where you might win something better than a couple pennies. Wouldn't you prefer that?

I just thought the picture had some clever wordplay, and decided to go for it.

I mean glow in the dark THall heads are cool, yet a bit creepy at the same time who doesn't want the 25ish pennies in that pic you get exchange that for a quarter and then get a gumball out of one of those machines.
