Replying to Drinking/Drugs At Summer Camps?

What's up guys, I was meandering through a few old threads regarding summer camps and which ones were the better choice based on your preferences and circumstances. I saw a faint but common trend in the threads though. A lot of people who had gone to places like Windells/Momentum had said that "The best memories had come from getting smashed with counsellors and campers." Is drinking or even drugs a fairly large part of camps like these? I'm headed out to Woodward this summer, I'm pretty indifferent as to how common this stuff is, I'm just curious. Any input/stories are appreciated.
