Crystal mountain fatality

Little shaken up right now. With prayers going out to the family of a man who died at Crystal mountain, my home mountain. First death in like 15 years, was going through trees that a day before I was going through. Puts what we do in perspective.

I know how you feel man, I had a friend get hurt really bad this weekend after she hit a lift tower. Still can't really shake that feeling of dread

wondering this too, I used to ski crystal in WA. I'm pretty sure they have had a number of deaths in the past 15 years. Still always incredibly tragic when someone passes away in our sport.

Actually on North Face which surprised me. When I first hear about it I thought it was over in the buck glades to.

Haha I think I may have seen you actually. Well when I injured myself I also trashed my traveling circus so I would have been riding bents/old masterminds. I spent a flood part of my season at Boyne though. Black lineskis hoody Gray pants Smith I/O

It really is. Riding there all the time and then seeing this happen is just kindve unbelievable. You don't think anything can go wrong until it does.

This shot just got even worse. Turns out the man who died was someone I know pretty well. He had been skiing for 30 years. Very experienced. I just found out and I know the family very well. Prayers
