Dub flat 3??

I heard a few people talking about a dub flat 3, I don't see how this is possible wouldn't it have to be a dub flat 7? If anyone has a vid post it

It's not possible because flips usually count for a 360 rotation. For example, a flat 540 is a flat spin with a 180

Possible but then it gets blurry because it might be more proper to call it an underflip. Here's a dub flat where the second flip is more like an underflip 5.

not always. for example if i did a back full (backflip 360) would that make it a 720? the answer is no.

Correcting mode on: he is dropping his right shoulder, to do a flat 5 the last spin would be to the left, his last spin is to the right which leaves us puzzled and awe inspired.

Idk man, I wouldnt say his last spin was to the right. If I were to say this was anything I would just say its a really poorly executed kangaroo flip, where instead of starting off with a true flatspin hes starting out on a wackflip which is what fucks up the rest of the trick and makes him land on his side not feet

A flip will only count for an extra 360 when it is off axis. A back full is an on axis trick, and therefore is literally a back 360. A D spin 7 is a more inverted version of a cork 7 - both are off axis and therefore they are 720s. My way of understanding why a cork 7/d spin 7 is a 720 is to count how many times they face forward during the trick. A back full you will only count it once, a cork/dspin 7 you will count it twice - once in the middle of the trick and once on landing.
