Best way to avoid backseat?

Since people on newschoolers are very helpful, what is the best way to avoid landing backseat on 3s? Whenever I go big and spin I land backseat and get shinbang af

make sure your shins are touching the tongues of your boots upon takeoff, tighten them, and get them fitted if they're not

be forward in the takeoff, POP, make sure your shins are in the front of your boots, and as long as you spin correctly you'll land perfectly. good luck op

It depends on the jump if it's poppy you have to lean forward and try and spot your landing I know it's hard because 3s are a pretty blind trick but I feel the better you can spot your landing the more better you can land.

I've been having the same problem on a super poppy 35ish ft stepup. Just landing backseat once on it kills your shins

Don't lean forward but keep pressure from your shins at the front of your boots, bring your feet up or grab

Are you using poles? If not, poles will help you stay in a more aggressive forward stance while learning.
