And vail is now one step closer to controlling the world. Every skier i've talk to says theyre going to Perisher again next year vs NZ and now that they can just use their epic pass it will be even more popular.

I'm Australian and I hate the mentality Australians bring to Whistler. They act as if they're superior. Show no respect and are blatantly cunts. So I'm glad that those Australians won't be at whistler anymore.

But I'm sort of happy Vail bought Perisher. It's always great seeing internationals at Perisher. They bring a certain vibe to the park which locals don't have.

Not sure if it's good or bad news just yet. Obviously I'm aware of why vail does to destroy the ski culture. Also a Perisher seasonal employee. I've heard full time ski vail for free, not sure about seasonal just yet.

Yes it will mean less Aussie tourists to whistler, but not less Aussie workers. It's very easy to get a Canadian working visa for Aussies as both are a part of the commonwealth. Very difficult to get American visas.

Not all Aussies, just the dick head ones. And let's be honest everyone hates Aussies in whistler.

But you should see my news feed, every person is talking about Vail buying perisher. The general consensus is that it's a good thing.

Agree 100%. I'm Australian too and the Aussies have no respect in other countries. They behave like there in Bali or something. Exact same thing goes on in Niseko. Some bogans were piss drunk and pissing in the street in Japan. Gives the rest of us a bad rep.

If you buy the 15/16 pass before June 1 you can use it this year.
Vail as an empire sucks...however, definitely taking full advantage of the resorts they have next season
