iPod help

i reinstalled windows and of course lost my mp3's. does anyone know where i can get the software to let me upload the music from my iPod to my comp. i know it exists because a kid at school used it. i just dont know where to find.

dont update your ipod on iTunes, it will delete all your music.

when itunes asks you, say you want to manually switch songs. go to www.ipodlounge.com and download sowtware from one of the links there. i think theres a free version of anapod you can download.
