Double Cork

Ill be headed up to Waterville tomorrow and Im just wondering, how I should go about a double cork? Ive tried some into airbags and have come somewhat close but havent tried them this year. Is it easier to go dub 10 or 12?

I can do dub 10s on the tramp and I feel like they come around fairly easily. I don't know if it works the same way on skis though.

Probably 10 , if you have enough time they will go into dub 12. so just go for a dub 10 and maybe spin it to 12 if you have enough time

Thats what I imagined especially on this jump, its a good jump but even though I saw a kid dub 10 it in a recent edit, it still doesnt seem possible

dub 12 is easier on snow , and regardless of what dub cork you actually want to throw you're probably going to over rotate to 12 anyways since it's your first try.

once you'll be more aware of the rotation instead of just hucking it and hoping you'll land the 10 is probably going to be easier.

Ok thats how I'd go for it probably, I can huck the second flip faster and land at 12 as oppose to doing a shallow cork 3/flat 3 and land. Jump doesnt seem great though but I have next weekend hopefully

I just watched your season edit from last year and I think your cork 7 could be a little more fluid before you try a dub.
Focus on looking forward longer and keeping your body extended on takeoff. This will make the 7 a lot better and easier for you to spot.
If you do try dub stick with dub 10. A lot of people end up doing a dub 12 first try anyway because they dont commit to flipping straight over on the second flip.

Thanks for the advice, Ive been able to work on my corks more this season at mountains with good jumps and Ive gotten them a lot better, as long as I commit to it I feel I could bring it around, Ive been doing corks for 3 years and Im getting bored of them so I just wanna get if off my chest soon, going back to WV this weekend hopefully and I might work towards it, jump is kinda small though.
