my favorite battle wound is from the descent of Mount St. Helens, when i made out with a rock with my face. good times. 8 stitches. Battleground, Washington.
Damn, mine wasn't that gnarly but when I was 9 I thought it would be funny to tie my hand to a rope that was tied to a basketball hoop, it was used as a jump rope for me and my friend because we had no other friends, so while my hand was tied I busted out in a full on sprint away from the hoop and I close-lined myself and landed on the edge of the concrete with my eyebrow, I got up all hazed and thought blood was coming out of my eye but it was just a bit above my eyebrow, I told my parents that I tripped while playing jump rope because I was too scared to tell them I was that stupid to close-line myself.
I have numerous scars from DH biking and have never gotten stitches but I have one that has a story that is longer than two words: "I fell", so I'll tell it.
6 years ago I was in my front lawn of a nice fall day cutting up some 2-3 inch diameter oak logs with a bow saw. I was gunna make a ladder bridge out of them to bike on. Pretty easy task. I had a lot to do so I got in a rhythm like when you're jogging and you turn on mental cruise control so you don't have to think about moving your legs - same thing but for my arms. Some time into it, I hear a car pulling into the driveway behind me. Still in my rhythm, I crank my head over my shoulder to notice it was my mom. But as I torqued my upper body, the saw slipped off the fresh oak. I put the saw back in the groove and started to saw away. Before I got going again, I noticed something wasn't quite right on my hand. A flap of skin was floating on top of a pool of blood that was beginning to pour down the side of my hand. Didn't even feel it until I moved my hand afterwords. And that's how I got the small scar on my hand that isn't impressive and hasn't gotten me any girls.
I have like four on my legs. There were dudes working on my house and they left a bunch of plywood in the backyard I converted into a jump for my bike. The bike has steel pedals so all of my scars are from the pedals hitting my legs instead of falling.

last year when i was 12 on the last day of school i was pedaling down my street on my bike as fast as i could when my chain fell off. i went otb and then skidded out to an ass slide. ripped holes in my clothes. got some nice deep road rash and gravel scars all over my right elbow, shoulder, and hip.
my entire right knee is basically just 1 giant scar. part of it was surgery, and the rest was from jumping off a moving pickup truck on a road made of sharp rocks. Also have one from the time i catapulted a rock into my forehead.
First time longboarding. Got speed wobbles couldn't make a 90 degree turn so I aimed for grass hopping I could run it out over the sidewalk into the grass. I took one step and slammed my face and shoulder into the sidewalk. Scraped myself up everwhere, only shoulder scarred though.
The tear went back up and around too. Doctor said he would have rated stitched up hamburger lol. Hurt like a bitch too.....all the cartilage meant no numbing, so I basically got my cartilage pierced 8 times and felt every second of it.
Elbows and kneecaps are pretty scared. Almost cut the tip of one of my index fingers when I was like three on something so there's a round one on there. there's a indent right above my right eye from hitting my head on a chair when i was little. Few weeks ago my surfboard hit me in the nose so now there's a scar there. wrists had some scars on them from falling off a bike but those seem to be gone. lastly i have a few on my abs from some surgery. My elbows look fucking awful and they dont feel good either lol. Let's see if my brother posts too, his left leg is majorly fucked up.
I don't have a photo handy but about 5 years ago I was long boarding with a group of friends and we were using a truck to take laps and tow into a mellow hill for speed. Instead of Riding in the bed on the way up one person would use the wakeboard handle to toe back up as well, long story short my buddy decided to mess with me on the way up to see if he could me to let go by hauling ass and I hit a reflector turtle and got some seriously horrible road rash on my arm. It end getting infected and spread to my blood and I got super sick for like the better part of a month. The whole thing sucked ass pretty much.

Chubz.I cut my knee open to almost the bone when i was like 13 after i dumped my dirtbike on a trail and my leg collided with a stump.

same thing happened to me but i was on my bmx bike, and it was one of those bamboo stumps that had dried into a jagged point. 4 stitches inside my knee and 14 outside. and it was on my 13th bday lol
Most of my scars are covered up and arent' too visible... my knees obviously, and my knuckles and elbows all have some solid scars here and there. Big one on the inside of my calf from burning myself on a motorcycle exhaust.

My favorite one isn't visible at all, but I was skiing with my bowl in my back pocket, stupid idea I know, fell straight to ass, multiple tiny shards of glass in right ass cheek which led to only like 10 stitches total. Couldn't sit for two weeks and it was awful.
I also split my entire chin open literally ear to ear when I was little from falling off the toilet, tripping on my pants, and smacking my chin on the bathtub. My mom said the entire flap of skin was hanging off and she had to put me in a head lock to keep me from playing with it on the ride to the hospital.
Have a big one on my thigh from a car accident I was in and one on my arm where I got road rash and got a rock stuck inside me so far that they had to slice my arm open to get it out.
I have a heart surgery scar. Had a birth defect. They had to go in and break my sternum, go into my heart, take out the birth defect, sew my heart back together, put titanium rods in my sternum and wire it shut, and then put staples in my chest.

I slammed longboarding at 35mph. I had road rash on the whole front side of my body and got a pretty nice gash on my elbow. There were a couple rocks about 3/4 of an inch deep in my forearm/ elbow. And I ended up breaking my elbow as well.
I got stabbed through my hand/ thumb once by my friend.
One time I was curling my hair and I was sitting on my bed. I set the curling iron down on my leg because I'm a retard and have a scar there now.

My ankles are perma botched from pedals, thank u clips. Tore both my knees open going over the handle bars, have scars on them now. the scars on my shins are from back when I rode flats, clipped in definitely works better for me, but going back to flats now for my first bikepark season

Little Hairy Potter deal on the forehead from when my bro kicked me with an ice skate. Big top of left hand scar that changes color with the weather and a big gross one from my crash at Sierra at Tahoe. Shins and ankles and knees permanently beat up from sucking at mountain biking and hucking stupid stuff. Nothing too huge, just a gazillion little injuries.
Ive got a big one on the back of my right hand from trying to put a very angry cat into a cage, countless dog bite scars on my arms and legs from my kennel tech days, a hoof shaped one on my left arm from getting stepped on by my retard horse, a lil guy on my forehead from my dad hitting me with a shovel by accident, and a shitload of surgery scars on my legs. Ive led an interesting and accident prone life thus far
the worst scar I have is right in the middle of my bottom lip, going down to the bottom of my chin. Split it the fuck open on the handle bars of my bike and then a root a long ass time ago.
i had an extra finger when i was born so iv got a little nubber next to my pinky, almost cut three fingers off on the same hand so iv got this fine line half way across my hand. got bite by a dog long boarding, so iv got puncture marks on my leg. sooooo many turf burns from soccer has given my elbows permanent turf scars. the classsic pedal to shin gave me a few. i also lost a battle with my chain ring slicing my middle finger to the bone. slashed my ankle bone open surfing a few years ago. knee surgery.
I have two scars on my face that are barely visible other than a small indent on the corner of my bottom lip. All from when I was eleven and fractured my maxilla after eating shit while trying to make it to the start of my race. The trail that the race was on was closed and I decided to duck a closed rope while going full speed, then I got clotheslined by it.
I had to reconstruct my arch because i had a flat foot so bad that the bones in my foot where growing wrong.
So they had to take a bone graft from my hip and put it in my foot to support it, to add to that they also put 4 metal wires to hold it in place. It's pretty hardcore parkour.
