MEDICAL HELP? (burn)

I got a second-degree burn on my left hand and I put a band-aid on it and i haven't taken it off, but if I lift it up a little...it's got this gross oozy stuff that sticks to the stop of the bandaid and creates like a kinda shaft of just goo...

is this normal?

That's either plasma or puss. It happens. I would recommend using some burn cream or running it under cold water.

If you have an aloe plant(in area) you can break a piece of it off and spread the insides of the leaf on your burn as well to help it heal faster.

Then I would suggest maybe taking the bandage off when you're not doing much. Let it breathe and dry up.

but no, I don't think it is. any sort of nasty gunk around a wound probably means its dirty, needs to be cleaned, and is probably starting to become infected.

thoroughly clean the wound with gasoline it will sterilize it and it evaporates quickly leaving it clean
