So I just got a base chip filled and I'm wondering how long I should wait before I can hit my summer setup again?

If it was filled well, you should have no worries as soon as the p-tex dries, and if it was properly ground back to being flush with the rest of your base.
If it wasn't filled well, it will just pop out. Many base repairs, even good ones, tend to pop out over time as the ski gets flexed/more stress is applied to the bonding area, though there are ones that stay in for the life of the ski.
It shouldn't be something you should be super worried about, I've got around 6" in total of edge missing from my park skis and a bunch of base missing along with terrible delams.. carving is interesting to say the least, but they work just as well as any other ski in the park.
Also, if it does pop out and presents a threat to the life of your ski, simply fill it again. If you know how to do it, it won't cost near as much as taking to a shop - they rack you up on the labor, the materials probably equal out to less than a dollar per repair depending on the size.
