I'm sure these threads are created too often but looking for that mythical perfect ski. I'm
about 2 years behind what's new and improved (injury) Must make fast GS turns on the ice, crud, and other less desirable conditions we see on the East Coast. On the more ideal days Im skiing bumps, trees, and powder so the ability to make quick turns while floating in the deep snow is essential. Too old to really enjoy the park but still venture in on occasion. Had a pair of Volkl bridges from like 2008-2011. They met most expectations but watching my fat friends with their fatter rockered skis float through the pow made me jealous. Got a pair of Atomic Access skis next 181cm. Better in the pow but in so so conditions they chatted like crazy at high speeds. Is there a ski close to meeting these requirements or should I just say fuck it, take the shot glasses I glued onto my 200cm K2 MSls off, and call it a life
