how many of you guys would like steve to bring back the more blazed up, hyped up, edit style. i havent nearly been into trollin as much lately.

fav episode is by far victory lap, and then drink water as the funniest.

how many of you guys would like to see the more blazed/hyped edit style?

discuss. are you guys not enjoying the trollin epsodes as much anymore. i mean the latest episode was good, but what can i do make me feel that hype again?

I binge watch Trollin I have seem every episode way to many times it's hard not to watch it it pumps you up and just makes you wanna shred but season 3 the episodes are short and just aren't all there anymore I don't feel it I also don't feel like watching them again I hated the nickel back one

No chance steve will do blazed up edits again , since saga dismissed Collin Collins after one of his trippy marihuana injection sessions... Steve probably would have to change his sponsor , wich wont happen since once u go saga u cant never go back again :'(((

I'm a bit confused when you say 'blazed up' or 'OG" style' ? You mean the style of editing or my style of skiing? I'm only asking because the Victory lap is the only edit with the "blaz edit" in it, i dont think there was another one before that...?

Trying to hold an audience with this type of edit for over 3 years is difficult. In my own mind, the episodes haven't changed at all since i started making them 3 years ago. Obviously you guys have noticed a difference, but in terms of creating each episode, my mindset and format have been identical for three years.

I totally understand that you wont like all my episodes. I doubt that there is a single person who likes them all. Even the shows and videos i watch for inspiration aren't amazing or funny every time. Much the like the shows i watch, I make Trollin for me, not for anyone else. I use common themes in skiing or current events as the basis for each episode, but the final product is always the manifestation of my sense of humor. I'm actually astounded that my sense of humor is, for the most part, shared by a great number of my peers in the community. I'm glad that there are people out there who have that commonality with me. There has only been one episode that I was truly ashamed of and almost didn’t release.

At the end of the day, I dont make the episodes for anyone but myself. I mean no disrespect to anyone here by saying that. Rather, i just want everyone to know that Trollin is my pet project. I make each video how I want it, regardless of how the public thinks it should be. If I can make myself laugh while I make these episodes, then I’ve done it right.
It’s literally impossible to please everyone all the time, so I’m not even going to try. Knowing this, I’ve learned to take the criticisms on each episode with a grain of salt because I clearly remember people who have loved one episode and hated another.
That being said, I always accept input on future episodes. I’ve found that the Inspired style and blazed up edit have been really popular, and I really enjoyed making them. I think there will be room for more of those in the future. That is, if I decide to keep Trollin going….The future of Trollin/The state of the industry is a conversation for another time

This confuses and bothers me... its as if you are entitled to an episode that caters to your specific tastes. Do you realize that the Lil Chris episode was the least popular of all? Wouldn't it get boring if every episode was exactly the same? What do you think sets apart one episode from another?

All i ask from my viewers is to realize that every episode is, was, and will be completely different from each other. If i made all my episodes like Lil Chris' i wouldn't have as many viewers would i? If i made all my episodes 5 minutes instead of 10, certainly people wouldnt think it had as big of an impact. Yet some WANT them to be 5 minutes.

Like i said before, I cant please everyone all the time, thats impossible, so I'm not even going to try. I'm going to keep making them how I like them, and i hope you like them toO!!

Yes this is exactly what is needed I never thought about them being the same and how you have to apply to everyone now that this is come to light. Sorry I doubted trollin.

ya i guess ur right about if all the episodes were the same that would get kinda boring all ik is that the new trollin was hilarious!

It was the Candide one. This year was the first year i had deadlines for each episode and i dont do very well when i have to come up with something funny or creative with a time constraint. I made the candide segment one day and was sitting on it, fully edited, for like a month. I couldnt figure out how to build an episode around it. I incorporated my real world problem of time pressure, and it sort of worked.

I was so ashamed of that episode that when i sent it to Saga to upload i planned on never reading any comments. To this day i havent read any comments on that episode, NS or youtube.
