When I am putting my boots on ill touch my toes then reach up to the sky and arch the back couple high knees and upper body twists then 2 or 3 cruise laps and I'm set. I was always told by sports therapists that stretching prior to aggressive skiing can be counterproductive since you're loosening already relaxed muscles. If I slammed hard a few times in the day ill usually do a whole stretch regime at home (6miles away) to get rid of lactic acid. Stretching in the lot after riding is a good thing though so your muscles dont tense on the drive home
i find that doing a little work out in the morning before i go skiing will help me wake my body up and i notice that i ski better. just something to get the adrenalin flowing.
