Not gonna lie ill vape every once and a while but I wouldnt care if I couldnt. But I think this bill is stupid. First off, I think its stupid that our government gets to decide what they think is safe for us to do and then regulate the shit out of it. I understand the point, but i dont think they should be able to do that. Also, although ecigs are far from a "safe" alternative to cigarettes, they are safer then lighting up a pack a day. And as far as the whole argument that teens are going to use them, and teens who wouldnt normally smoke cigarettes are going to use them because they are flavored, yeah some will. And as much as I hate all the cape squad douchebags I see, Its not worth ruining a viable alternative to smoking just because some stupid kids think its cool. Plus it seems like more of a fad then a real problem. I think that stores should have to buy the permits and have to card people. But a 95% tax and only being able to sell tobacco flavors would put them all out of business. I think that big tobacco companies are partially behind all this. Getting all the parents riled up about how all their kids are gonna start smoking ecigs because their ecig products you see at gas stations blow dick and they are losing tons of money to all these small time vape shops. Just my opinion. what do you guys think? I'm open for other ideas
