Replying to Indoor Ski Business

I put this thread in the NSG forum because its more of a business topic less skiing, just so ya know.

So anyways in my town there is a ton of those cold storages for apples, and I was thinking how great it would be to convert one of them into a ski area, I imagine it would not be too expensive to pull off. Snow makers, some rails, some solid workers, and maybe some better cooling systems would seem to be the only hefty expenses, and I feel the local mountain, ski shop and maybe the city could be in on helping sponsor it, (it would bring in a lot of revenue into my city). But I am kinda a dreamer, usually dream very unrealistically, like wanting to put a foam pit in my backyard, but I dig stuff like that, building shit for fun. So tell me NS how unrealistic is my dream? or could it be pulled off, anyone want to team up to build the fortune 500 company?
