oyou could do a safety which is grabbin your ski on the same side right by the boot, then you got your mute which is across to the opposite ski and grab ahead of the boot. A japan you reach behind your leg and grab your opposite ski behind the boot.

all grabs are easy, depending on how good your 'flexibility' and balance in the air are... easyiest is safety, then mute, and a little something called the brebis in france (same side arm inside boot grab), and japan...

Nah, a full on back pack is the easiest grab. You can do it off little jumps its so easy. You should try it. First you try to put the two tails of your skis on your back, then pull on them and hold them tight. Looks cool, and gets even better once you land.
