Replying to HDR Timelapse questions

Hey guys,
I finally got around to trying an HDR timelapse today. It was pretty easy with magic lantern's built in intervalometer and hdr bracketing. However, once I bracketed all of my pictures in photomatix to get a bunch of hdr images for the time lapse, their were breaks in the numbers in the pictures names. Does anyone know of a way to easily change the names of a whole batch of pictures so they are in order so I can import an image sequence to premiere? Thanks and sorry for the wall of text.
