This morning, watching the previous evening's news, I came across this interesting story the CBC published. It was in interesting proposal to increase the well being of people who need expensive medical (my sister lives with MS) and to encourage the lower income class to seek treatment and complete prescriptions programs. The report also claims it costs the government the same to go universal, help people in need and never needing to raise taxes.
