Spam. When I was in middle school I was at a birthday party and for some reason everyone decided to have a food fight with canned spam. Ever since that day the smell of spam makes me dry heave on spot.

When people smack their food. This one doesnt so much gross me out as just annoy the hell out of me. I dont understand how someone can eat with their mouth open and feel good about themselves. Its the worst with bananas.

I don't really get grossed out as much as freaked out. I don't like needles. MY roomate will just pull out a needle and shoot his insulin. Fucking freaks me out.

I guess I'm just grossed out by germs. I like to be clean. I re wash any plates or cooking items before using them if I don't trust my roomates so pretty much always. A lot of other stuff too.

The sound of sweeping on concrete, makes me shiver just thinking about it.

I've forever had this fear of non food things getting in my food. One time my mom made grilled cheeses, and on her own grilled cheese she somehow fucking forgot part of the plastic wrapping on it. She took a bit the pulled the plastic out of her mouth and I almost vomited everywhere. I've also had spiders and other bugs in my salads before. Fuck that. Whenever I cook or prepare food I'm super thorough.

Eating really expired food. One time I made a ham sandwich and thought it tasted weird, only to realize the meat was over 6 months old. I ended up throwing up for like 2 days straight. If I didn't open it, I always check the expiration date now.

I was playing poker and drinking at a friends in albany like 7 years ago. One of the guys made some sort of brittle. Was burnt and drinking and wanted in. Didn't know there was aluminum foil stuck to the bottom, ate half the thing before I realized what that weird feeling was. I freaked out a bit but wasn't that bad.

I don't think I could do the plastic grilled cheese thing. How does that even happen. Then again I have friends that have tried to bake pizzas with the cardboard underneath still, maybe even the pizza still in the plastic.

Soggy bread things. I will literally gag and sometimes dry heave over the garbage. The softy shit in the sink also does this to me... It all frequently makes me gag and dry heave. Also, any roller coasters, zip lines, the idea of jumping off things over 2 feet tall, most heights ....

As weird as this sounds, jewelry. Earings, rings, toe rings, piercings, the whole lot. Its been that was since I was a kid, just grosses me out for some unknown reason. Its not as bad on other people, then I dont care as much, but I hate touching the stuff. I know, Im strange.
