kryptonicDon't look over your shoulder and try not to wind up much, if possible don't wind up at all. Go up the jump bend your knees and pop off the lip turning your head and torso in one full motion. The more you look over your shoulder, the more off axis you'll go. The more you wind up the more awkward it is to spin. Even though it seems like those two factors help they really don't at all. A good thing to practice before you pop is just to go into a simple T set and continue holding the T set all the way around, this will help you keep your head and torso moving as one and it will also help later with grabs and style.myou might think you look stupid at first but it helps I garentee you.
Mr.noodleYou completely contradicted what you said completely in your thread. Also you want pressure on the tongues of your boots and to pop hard at the lip.
